Returns & Exchanges

At Sommer Swim EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided they are in original condition with hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are unworn and unwashed with original tags and hygiene stickers attached, then place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
